Format Rules
Magic
the Gathering:
Peasant Deck Construction:
All sets allowed. All rare cards are disallowed
(if a card was printed rare in any set all uncommon or time shifted
cards are also not allowed). Only 5 uncommon cards may be included in
deck and sideboard.
Pauper Deck Construction:
All sets allowed. Only common cards are allowed.
Highlander (or Legendary) Deck Construction:
Only one of each card
allowed. 60 card minimum, no sideboard.
